What Dopamigo provides

Dopamigo is a development prototype that helps organise assignments, create small work steps, save workspace context and provide optional reminders. Its Google connection can identify upcoming academic deadlines and link matching Drive documents. It does not submit assignments or guarantee that every deadline, event or document will be identified correctly.

Dopamigo is intended for adult students aged 18 and over. You must be permitted to use the connected services in your location. It is a productivity tool, not a medical service.

Your responsibilities

• Use Dopamigo lawfully and follow your institution's rules, including academic-integrity requirements.
• Connect only accounts you are authorised to use. Share assignment material only when you have the right to process it through the features you select.
• Check important dates against your calendar, course instructions and submission system. You remain responsible for your work and submissions.
• Protect your Mac, Google account and any API credentials you configure. Keep independent copies of important work.
• Do not use the app to access another person's information without permission, interfere with services, or bypass their security controls.

Google access and AI features

Connecting Google is optional and requires your consent to the requested permissions. The current Calendar and Drive integration uses read-only access. You can pause syncing, disconnect in Settings, or revoke access through your Google account.

AI-generated plans, classifications and reminders can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review their output before relying on it. A matching document does not prove that an assignment has been started, completed or submitted.

Google sign-in, Calendar, Drive, Gemini and speech generation are provided by Google and remain subject to its applicable terms and availability. If you configure an API key, you are responsible for the associated account settings, quotas and any charges from that provider. Publishing these informational pages does not mean Google has verified Dopamigo.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in the notes, briefs, links and other material you provide. Using Dopamigo does not transfer ownership of that content to the developer. Processing is limited to providing the features you use, as described in the Privacy policy.

Your workspace is stored locally, but selected AI features send information to Google. Read the privacy policy before connecting an account or requesting a plan or reminder. Disconnecting Google preserves imported tasks and notes; the privacy policy explains how to remove local data.

Availability and limitations

This prototype is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change or be unavailable because of software errors, local configuration, network conditions or third-party services. No promise is made that the prototype will operate continuously, be error-free or meet a particular academic outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, no additional warranties are made about the prototype's availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Stopping use and updates

You may stop using Dopamigo at any time. Disconnect connected services, remove the browser companion if installed, and follow the privacy policy if you want to erase locally saved data. Removing the app alone may leave its data folder on your Mac.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the app. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be identified on this page; changes do not remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
